The AP Clerk says the checks are printing incorrectly. Ok, let's determine which method is being used to print checks.

First verify the Named Printer configuration it takes precedent over the other methods. To determine if Named Printer is being used go to Tools / Setup / System / Named Printers / Task Series / 3rd Party, if there's a Named Printer configuration then that's the method being used.
