Explain the Action Board
Action Board process many batches at once Across companies & checkbooks
You can either build batches within GP as you have always done or use our build criteria
feature
Once batches have been created across many companies and or checkbooks
then use the action board to process them all at once
Certainly to process all the batches at once may take some amount of time
but the system is designed to run without human intervention Kick the job off
check back later to review the print job and then move forward to the posting process
Printing with Action Board
When you first start using action board
you may find that some of the batches need some attention
Maybe the checkbook has not been set up yet for Mekorma
or a workflow process has not been set up yet or some other condition
Simply follow the instruction given in the warning message and correct each problem
After a time everything will be validated
and the process of using the action board will run much more smoothly
Posting with Action Board
Once the action board print process has completed check the printed checks
and reports and any files that were created to make sure everything is perfect
When ready to move onto the posting process change the action to Post Batches
And now select as many or as few batches desired for the GP posting process
